Now getting back to our move to Utah, " WHAT THE FLIPPIN CRUD" did we get into???
Today we took Thing1 and Thing2 to our pool to cool off a bit and enjoy the weather. Little did we know we were to become victims of a outrageous act of primitive behavior.....
As we frolicked in the pool of Nool (sorry feelin' a bit Dr. Suessish) and enjoying ourselves immensely, Two college students came into the pool and decided it was "go time" .
Round 1:
All the sudden the theme song from Mortal Combat started to play. We were like WHAT??
The two students started to UFC fight in the pool . As we fought for our lives trying to evade the blood that was eminently about to be spilt, we escaped with our lives and found homage under a shade umbrella on the side of the pool........ I guess in Utah there is a new game that college guys play in the pool. If you ask me it seems to look more like something thing1 and thing2 would do. They are 7 and 9. These guys are in their 20's . The bout lasted ten minutes and then concluded as a draw. ( If Tank had been the official judge that's what he would have called it) . They left and we thought...... finally back to relaxation.
Round 2:
WRONG...As we got over what had just happened and were starting to get back normal and had started to enjoy ourselves again, about 4 more college students showed up and started to UFC fight too .. Tank and I stared in bewilderment. WHAT THE FLIPPIN CRUD !! Are you serious ? Maybe it's what in the water or they could be in "pool fight club" where the first rule of "pool fight club" is nobody talks about "pool fight club".
We have no idea what going on over here, I think we all have to ask ourselves "What's in the water in Northern Utah?"..........Maybe it's the salt.
